1. What is your Buyer's Guarantee?

Seat Exchange stands firmly behind the tickets sold through our website and all orders placed on the Celtic FC Seat Exchange are 100% guaranteed. Once a sale is complete, we guarantee that you will receive the tickets you purchased.

2. What is your Refund Policy?

If a match is postponed, rescheduled or abandoned please contact us to confirm the policy for each individual fixture. When a match is postponed for any reason (including weather), tickets are usually accepted for the rescheduled fixture. If you have any questions, please send our customer service team a message at customerservice@seatexchange.co.uk for further assistance.

If a match is cancelled and not rescheduled, your transaction will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Fixtures are rarely cancelled, but in the case of a cancellation, we will do everything we can to resolve your situation. We will work with the Club to provide information about refund options.

Please Note: You must return the original tickets to us within 10 business days of thescheduled fixture date if you would like to be considered for a refund.

If the tickets were lost in the post or have not arrived, you must contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date or at least 5 business days prior to the match. We will make every attempt to track your tickets and send them to you immediately or arrange for collection at the Ticket Office on the day of the event.

As our system is incorporated with Royal Mail, all ticket transactions are fully traceable. If you have not yet received your tickets for a future event, please contact us as without delay so we can determine their location and get them to you as quickly as possible.

3. How do you issue refunds?

We will issue a refund according to the guidelines detailed above. Refunds are issued against the same credit card we originally charged for your purchase or sent to you by cheque. Refunds to your credit card will appear on your credit card statement in accordance with the rules and regulations of your credit card issuer. Please see your card agreement for more details.
